Stuffed French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

8 slices Brown Sugar Cinnamon Bread
1 cup milk
cinnamon teaspoons Spices
1 tablespoon french vanilla
1 teaspoon vanilla
spread spread cream cheese
Spread cream cheese on one slice of bread and then cover with another slice. Cut in to triangle.
Dip triangle slice into batter and bake on griddle until brown and flip over.
