Sausage Eggs: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:45 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Bulk pork sausage

  • 6 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs

  • 1/3 cup Mustard

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Hard boil 6 eggs. Cool eggs, until able to handle, then peel, and blot dry.

Step 2:

Slice sausage into 6 rounds, and flatten into a disc large enough to completely surround egg.

Step 3:

Wrap each egg in a sausage disc, completely covering the egg, pinch any edges closed and smooth.

Step 4:

Roll in dry bread crumbs, and place in prepared pan, put pan into oven and bake 30 min. or until sausage is browned.

Step 5:

Serve with mustard on the side. This recipe can easily be adjusted for more or less....
