Apple Oatmeal Coffee Cake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  1 cup Flour

• 

  3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Salt

• 

  1/4 teaspoon Allspice

• 

  1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

• 

  1 cup Sugar

• 

  1 cup Oats

• 

  1/2 cup Oil

• 

  1 Egg

• 

  1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

• 

  1 cup Apple, peeled and chopped

Step 1:

Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 2:

Add remaining ingredients, mixture will be quite thick.

Step 3:

Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.

Step 4:

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
