Ingrédients

  • 2 lb Good cheddar cheese
  • 2 lb Velveeta
  • 2 cups White wine, champagne, or sherry

  1. Grate cheddar cheese and cut Velveeta into 1/2 inch blocks
  2. Put cheese into melting pot with wine. Use different wines for a different taste.
  3. Gently melt cheeses and stir together.
  4. Serve with bite-sized chunks of light and dark breads.
