Hash Brown Casserole

Ingrédients

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3/4 cup sweet bell pepper (green and/or red pepper)
  • Packet of frozen country hash brown potatoes (about 27 ozs)
  • 1 can mushroom soup (about 10 ozs)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash of tobasco (optional)

  1. Saute onion and pepper in oil until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add frozen potatoes and can of condensed mushroom soup. Add milk and shredded cheese.
  2. Stir everything together well. Put in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
