Ingredients:

  4 cups Flour

• 

  2 cup Sugar

• 

  2 Eggs

• 

  1/2 cup Buttermilk

• 

  1 cup Shortening

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Salt

• 

  1 teaspoon Soda

• 

  2 teaspoons Vanilla extract (or favorite flavour)

Step 1:

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2:

Sift flour into a large pan. Pat out a well in the middle of the flour and put the rest of the ingredients into the well.

Step 3:

Bind ingredients together and kneed dough by hand. Roll out the dough and cut into shapes with cookie cutter.

Step 4:

Bake until done.
