Sausage Balls: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  1 1/2 cups biscuit mix

• 

  1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

• 

  1 lb fresh, ground spicy pork sausage

Step 1:

What would we do without this staple of a country breakfast?

Step 2:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 3:

In a large bowl, mix together biscuit mixx, cheddar cheese, and sausage. Roll mixture into walnut-size balls and arrange on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 4:

Bake for 5-15 minutes or until completely cooked and browned. Place on paper towels to drain and cool.
