Banana Crump Muffins: Breakfast-Brunch
Prep time:10 Minutes
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup White sugar
1/3 cup butter
In a large bowl: combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
Mash 3 large ripe bananas. Add sugar, egg(lightly beaten),and melted butter.
Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture until all is moisten. Fill paper lined/or sprayed muffin tin 3/4 full Sprinkle on topping mix.
Topping: 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 Tablespoon flour 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon of cold butter Cut butter into first three ingredients. mix together
Bake at 375 18 to 20 minutes until test done with cake tester
