Eggs Florentine

Ingrédients

  • Creamed Spinach/10 oz.
  • Ham slices
  • Eggs
  • Chopped Water Chestnuts
  • Nutmeg
  • Swiss or Montary Jack
  • Pimientos

  1. Spray small dishes, line with ham and spread spinach over ham
  2. Make indentation in spinach, crack egg, place in spinich. Sprinkle with nutmeg
  3. Bake at 450 16-19 minutes or until egg is set. Remove and sprinkle cheese and pimientos over and return to oven 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately
  4. Microwave spinach on high 5-6 minutes
