Sausage Potato Cakes: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb Hash Browns

  • 8.5 oz. pkg corn muffin mix

  • 1 egg

  • 6 fl oz milk

  • 1/3 lb pork sausage browned

  • 1/8 cup onions

Step 1:

Mix all ingredents

Step 2:

Pre heat pan to 375

Step 3:

Scoop 1 cup and flaten to 1/8 inch, fry until brown on both sides

Step 4:

Top with poached or fried egg and stream of white milk gravy.

Step 5:

Serve garnished with chopped chives
