At Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast Inn
Eggs Cumberland: Breakfast-Brunch
Prep time:10 minutes
4 Fresh Egg
4 tablespoon Cream or Half and Half
1/8 teaspoon Dry Mustard
4 tablespoon Gruyere Cheese
1/2 pinch Hungarian Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
Turn on oven to 350 Degrees. Grease 2 ramekis with a small amount of butter.
Mix the dry mustard and thyme in the cream and place equal parts in each of the ramekins.
Break two eggs in each ramekin taking care not to break the yolk.
Divide the cheese and sprikle over the top of both ramekins.
Cook for approximately 7-10 minutes depending on desired level of doneness. Cool slightly if removing from ramekins or can be served in them. Dust with Hungarian Paprika.
