Yorkshire Casserole: Breakfast-Brunch
1 lb Pork sausage (I like the mild type)
1 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
In a skillet, brown the sausage on medium heat, stiring to break up the meat. When all the red color is gone, drain off oil and discard--you can do this part the night before and refrigerate the meat.
A little more than an hour before serving time, place the sausage in a greased 7x ll pan.
In blender or mixmaster, add the eggs and beat until foamy; add the flour and milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour over the sausage.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for about 45 plus minutes--check your oven, it should be light brown on top.
