Rolled Omelette

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • pinch White pepper
  • 1 cup Chopped ham or cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups Grated cheese - cheddar or swiss

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line jelly roll pan with foil. Generously grease foil with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Whisk flour, milk, melted butter, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth and well blended. Pour carefully into prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with meat.
  3. Bake until eggs are set, 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle immediately with cheese.
  4. Beginning at narrow end of pan, roll up using foil and spatula to lift. Cut into slices to serve.
