Blueberry French Toast Cobbler: Breakfast-Brunch

Step 1:

Blueberry French Toast Cobbler “Better than blueberry pancakes”

Step 2:

12 eggs 2 ½ c. half & half 1½ c. milk 2 tsp. vanilla Mix all together with whip 1 ½ c. fresh blueberries

Step 3:

26 - 1” slices of crusty French bread (about 1 ½ loaves) Spray bottom & sides of 9”x 13” & 7 ½”x 11” pans Put 16 slices in bottom of 9“x 13” pan and 10 slices in 7” x 11” pan Pour above liquid over slices – turn slices over once to be sure well coated. Put 3-4 blueberries on top of each slice of bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.

Step 4:

Topping 1 c. white sugar ½ c. brown sugar 8 T. (1 stick) butter 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon Put in bowl and cover day before. In morning mix well and drop spoonfuls on each slice of bread just before baking.

Step 5:

Bake uncovered in 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Let sit 10 – 15 minutes before serving. Serves 18 – 20 people
