Lisa's Luscios Lemon Bread: Bread

Ingredients:

• 

  1 cup Vegetable Oil

• 

  1 3/4 cups Sugar

• 

  3 Eggs

• 

  3 cups Flour

• 

  1 teaspoon Baking Soda

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Salt

• 

  1 tablespoon Lemon Extract

• 

  1 cup Almonds Chopped

• 

  2 cups Lemon Yogurt

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 335 degrees. In a large bowl or mixer, cream together oil, eggs and sugar. Add all other ingredients, blend well. Grease and flour 1 bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour in an oven at 335 degrees.
