Sunrise Frittata: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  1 cup sliced mushrooms

• 

  1 cup green onions chopped

• 

  6 oz canned shrimp 1 can

• 

  1/2 cup broccoli chopped

• 

  6 eggs

• 

  1 cup milk

• 

  1/4 cup butter melted

• 

  1/2 teaspoon salt

• 

  1/2 teaspoon pepper

• 

  4 oz cheese, cheddar, swiss or jack shredded

Step 1:

Grease 9 inch pie pan, place broccoli, onion, mushrooms, shrimp top with cheese

Step 2:

Mix eggs, milk, butter butter salt and pepper until it's blened. Pour over other ingredients.

Step 3:

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes check for doneness by inserting a knife until comes out clear.
