Green Eggs, No Ham

Ingrédients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup bread cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 cup grated swiss cheese

  1. Mix eggs, add spinach, bread cubes and seasoned salt. Mix together.
  2. Pour into small glass casserole dish which has been sprayed with no-stick spray. Top with grated cheese.
  3. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until set. May be prepared the night before, refrigerated, and cooked the next morning.
