Honey Baked French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf French or Vienna Bread

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 tablespoons Honey, divided

  • 1 1/2 cups Milk

  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar

Step 1:

Grease 9x13 pan with Pam or like product. Slice bread into 15 - 1 inch slices.

Step 2:

Beat together: eggs, cinnamon, 2 T. honey and milk. Dip bread into mixture placing in pan ~ make 3 rows overlapping slightly. Pour any remaining mixture over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3:

In the morning, remove from refrigerator about 30 minutes before baking. Sprinkle with 3 T. brown sugar then top with remaining 2 T. honey and the 2 T. melted butter.
