Ingredients:

• 

  6 each eggs

• 

  4 oz turkey breast (sliced)

• 

  4 oz pravolone cheese (sliced)

• 

  1 oz butter

• 

  4 slices sour dough bread

• 

  1 ea ripe tomato (sliced)

• 

  as needed fresh basil and cherry tomatoes as garnish

• 

  as needed salt and pepper

Step 1:

Separate eggs . Keep yolks complete and unbroken. Cover and store in cool

Step 2:

Whip egg yolks stiff , cover and cool

Step 3:

Lightly toast the bread slices

Step 4:

Place a slice of cheese on the bread, then a slice of turkey and a slice of tomato

Step 5:

bake until cheese is melted, serve with garnish
