White Chocolate Cheese Cake: Dessert
1 cup sugar
2 lb cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 oz white chocolate, melted
Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
Beat eggs in one at a time.
Blend in chocolate.
Bake in a spring form pan in a water bath at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and continue to bake for 1 hour or until firm.
