Golden Dreams "100 mile" Granola

Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  1. Combine and heat oil, honey and milk.
  2. In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients, EXCEPT raisins/cranberries, and pour in honey mixture. Mix well.
  3. Spread in a large shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, stir well and bake for another 15 minutes. Mixture should be nicely toasted.
  4. Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Cool and store in airtight containers. Recipe easily doubles or triples and keeps well.
