Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins: Dessert

Ingredients:

• 

  2 cups Bisquick

• 

  2/3 cup sugar

• 

  1 cup chocolate chips

• 

  1 cup mashed bananas

• 

  1 teaspoon vanilla

• 

  1 egg

• 

  3 tablespoons oil

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray

Step 2:

Peel approximately 5 very ripe bananas and mash to a pudding-like consistency

Step 3:

Combine all ingredients and fill muffin tray with equal amounts

Step 4:

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
