1/2 cup Irish Steel Cut Oats
1/2 cup Quaker Slow Cooking Oats
1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup Raisins
2 cups Milk
Mix oats, almonds and raisins. Heat up the milk with salt. Once very warm, add the oat mixture and stir regularly while heating. Bring to a boil and continue stirring. You may transfer to a crockpot to keep warm.
Serve in a small ramekin. Portion size about 3 oz. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon raw sugar on top. Use a torch to brulee the raw sugar. Put a dollop of sour cream/vanilla yogurt mixture on top and finish with a raspberry or strawberry.
