Moms Cinnamon Coffee Cake: Breakfast-Brunch

2 cups Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup butter
1 3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (of choice)
2 teaspoon CINNAMON
2 tablespoon brown sugar
Cream butter & white sugar in stand mixer until well blended. Add eggs and continue to beat until pale yellow. Add vanilla, sour cream and mix until incorporated.
Sift baking powder into flour and add slowly to wet ingredients but mix until just blended. Do not overmix.
Liberally grease a bundt pan. Pour half of batter into pan. Mix nuts, cinnamon and brown sugar and spread onto batter. Top with remaining batter.
Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Let cool before removing from bundt pan.
