Sandlake Country Inn Breakfast Pie: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  3 Eggs

• 

  1/2 cup Bisquick

• 

  1 1/2 cups Milk

• 

  4 tablespoons Butter, Melted

• 

  1/2 cup Ham, cubed small

• 

  1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Step 1:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Bisquick, melted butter & milk until smooth.

Step 2:

Pour liquid mixture into a greased pie pan. Sprinkle ham, then cheese over top. Bake in oven 45 minutes or until top is brown. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting.

Step 3:

You can substitute any cooked sausage or breakfast meat for the ham. To make it a vegetarian dish, substitute chopped green chilies instead of ham.
