Outrageous French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  10 cups bread crumbs

• 

  1/4 lb butter

• 

  3 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese

• 

  1 3/4 cups maple syrup

• 

  14 eggs

• 

  4 cups half & half

• 

  1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1:

Place bread crumbs in 10x15 caserole.

Step 2:

In food processer cream butter, cream cheese and 1 cup maple syrup.

Step 3:

Mix 3/4 cup maple syrup, eggs and half & half. Pour over bread crumbs.

Step 4:

Top with cream cheese "frosting". Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can be made night before.
