Theresa's Terribly Tasty Cookies Ingredients Margarine - 1 cup Baking Soda - 1 tsp Margarine - 1 cup Brown sugar - 3/4 cup Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup Vanilla - 2 tsp All purpose flour - 2 1/4 cups Egg - 1 Chocolate chips (semi-sweet) - 2 cups Salt - 1/2 tsp Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, and sugars together until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg. Beat well. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Mix well. Roll a heaping tablespoon of dough into a ball. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Place on a cooling rack. Enjoy with a cold mug of milk! Yield: 2 dozen
