Spiced Pecans: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

• 

  4 cups Pecan Halves

• 

  2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Or Garlic Infused Oil

• 

  1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Cayenne

• 

  1 1/2 teaspoon Minced Thyme

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Rosemary

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Oregano

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

• 

  1/4 cup Brown Sugar

• 

  1/4 cup Butter, Melted

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2:

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well to cover evenly.

Step 3:

Place pecans in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

Step 4:

Roast 8 minutes.

Step 5:

Delicious served alone as an appetizer. Also great in a salad with Gorgonzola cheese and sliced fresh pears.
