Fluffy French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 5

Prep time:15-20 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 10 half slices of bread

Step 1:

Combine all mixing ingredients (not the bread) until smooth.

Step 2:

Dip bread into the batter & fry in 1/2 inch hot oil until lightly browned.

Step 3:

Enjoy these light & fluffy delights!
