Almond Butter Baked Peaches: Breakfast-Brunch
1/4 cup sliced almonds
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
4 peaches, nectarines or 6 apricots
Split and core the fruit and place face up in a greased square baking dish.
In a food processor pulse the almonds and brown sugar until the almonds are finely chopped. Add the softened butter and pulse to combine. Spoon a teaspoon or so of the almond butter inside the halved, cored fruit.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
