- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 6 cans chicken stock
- 3 cans artichokes (drained and diced)
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
- Melt butter in a large soup pot.
- Stir in 1/2 cup flour.
- Add chicken stock slowly while whisking in.
- Add minced garlic, bay leaves, and thyme. Dice artichoke hearts, add to soup with Worcestershire sauce.
- Heat and enjoy!
