Pumpkin Muffins: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pumpkin

  • 1 cup Walnuts

  • 1 box Carrot Cake Mix

Step 1:

Combine 1 can pumpkin and one box carrot cake mix and 1 cup walnuts. Mix and put into an oilsprayed small muffin container.

Step 2:

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Step 3:

Allow to cool 5 minutes and then place in a covered container to keep moisture in the muffins.
