Ginger Veggie Dip

Ingrédients

  • 1 cup Hellman's mayo (olive oil version preferred)
  • 4 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion
  • 2 tablespoons lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Refrigerate for two hours before serving.
  3. Keeps in the fridge for about four days. You'll run out of carrots first!
