Ingrédients

  • Butter (do not substitute)
  • Flour
  • Rice Flour
  • Sugar
  • Colored Sanding Sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Cream butter with sugar.
  2. Blend in flours. Knead for about 1 minute and press into 10 x 15 baking sheet. Sprinkle colored sugar over dough. (Regular white sugar can be used if you wish)
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately cut into 48 pieces. Let cool before removing from pan.
  4. Chill dough in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
