Shortcake Muffins: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Flour

  • 1 2/3 cups Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Baking Powder

  • 1 1/3 cups Milk

  • 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil

  • 1/2 cup Eggs, Beaten

  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar, Sprinkled on Muffins

Step 1:

Mix all dry ingredients together, mix all wet ingredients, then mix both together. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
