Pina Coloda Muffins: Bread

Prep time:20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix

  • 1 8 oz can of crushed pineapple (juice and all)

  • 1 teaspoon rum extract

  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract

  • 1 cup shreaded coconut

  • 1/2 - 1 cup of nuts

Step 1:

Follow the cake mix instructions.

Step 2:

Add the remaining ingredients.

Step 3:

Pour into greased muffin cups and cook till lightly golden. Aproximately 10 minutes.
