Plantation Casserole: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  2 eggs

• 

  2 bacon slice

• 

  pinch of garlic salt to taste

• 

  1 teaspoon minced onion

• 

  mrs dash to taste

• 

  shredded cheese to cover top

Step 1:

Cook and drain bacon. Spray small casserole dish with Pam or your choice of non-sticking oil. Break bacon into pieces. Place bacon and shredded cheese in bottom of dish. Mix eggs, garlic, onions, Mrs Dash and heavy whipping cream and pour over bacon and cheese. Place in oven for 25 to 30 minutes until egg mixture is done. Enjoy !!!
