Baked Blueberry French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

1 loaf "White Wheat" bread
1 8oz package cream cheese
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups half and half
3 1/2 cups skim milk
3/4 cup Real Maple Syrup
Grease (1) 12 X 18 pan or (2) 9 X 13 pans
Break bread into pieces (include crusts) and scatter about two thirds of it into pan. Pinch off half inch pieces of cream cheese and scatter over. Scatter blueberries. Then top with remaining bread.
Mix eggs, half and half, skim milk, and maple syrup. Pour over. If necessary, push bread further down into liquid but do not flatten entirely. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325 degrees about one hour. Then broil to lightly brown top. Cut and serve with spicy sausage and fresh fruit.
