Heavenly Bananas: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

• 

  4 Bananas

• 

  2 teaspoon sugar

• 

  1/2 teaspoon orange zest

• 

  2 fl oz orange juice

• 

  1/2 teaspoon grape-nuts cereal ... for topping

• 

  1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1:

Mix sour cream, orange zest and sugar in small bowl. Add orange juice and mix well.

Step 2:

Slice bananas into 1/4 inch slices and put in bowl with sour cream mixture. Stir just enough to coat banana slices

Step 3:

Spoon bananas into small sherbert type bowl. Top with grapenuts and mint sprig. Serve immediately.
