Sour Cream Coffee Cake: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Butter

  • 2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup Sour Cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1:

Cream butter and sugar Add eggs, beat and fold in sour cream and vanilla

Step 2:

Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture, then beat well

Step 3:

Pour 1/2 batter into greased bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping mixture of four tablespoon combined sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 cup chopped nuts. Then pour 2nd half batter in pan and sprinkle with more topping.

Step 4:

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Remove and cool before slicing.
