Farm Fresh Herb & Cheese Soufflé: Breakfast-Brunch

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 farm fresh eggs

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons fresh terms (dill, parsley, chives)

  • to taste Salt and pepper

  • 2 tablespoons secret ingredient

Step 1:

Butter two ramekins.

Step 2:

Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, milk & secret ingredient together

Step 3:

Stir in herbs & cheeses

Step 4:

Pour into ramekins

Step 5:

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes until high and golden
