Zeppelin Pancakes: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  4 each Large Eggs

• 

  1 cup Sour Cream

• 

  1 1/4 cups Milk

• 

  1/2 cup Butter

• 

  2 cups White Flour

• 

  1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda

• 

  1 teaspoon Salt

• 

  1 cup Blue Berries

• 

  2 tablespoons Light Brown Sugar

• 

  1/4 teaspoon Mace

• 

  1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

• 

  1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step 1:

Separate eggs, reserving the whites and mix egg yolks, sour cream and milk throughly

Step 2:

Melt butter and blend in.

Step 3:

Add white flour, baking soda and salt and beat thoroughly.

Step 4:

Beat egg whites until stiff but still wet and fold in with blueberries, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamin and vanilla.

Step 5:

Bake on a moderate griddle until light brown on both sides and serve with warm maple syrup.
