Lobster Ravioli: Appetizer-Snack
2 cups Lobster Stock
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon Lobster Base
2 tablespoons Sundried Tomatoes (Diced)
In sauce pan add Lobster Stock, heavy cream, and Lobster Base. Reduce by half the heat.
Finish with the Sundried Tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
