Maple spicy wings: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

• 

  20 Small pieces of chicken wings (wingettes)

• 

  1/2 cup Dry white wine

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Chili powder

• 

  1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger

• 

  1 tablespoon Ground sage

• 

  1 tablespoon Olive oil

• 

  Fresh pepper

• 

  1/2 cup Maple syrup

• 

  1/2 cup Half and Half

Step 1:

Prepare the marinade by adding in a large bowl all the ingredients, except the maple syrup and the half and half.

Step 2:

Add the chicken wings and toss to coat all the pieces with the marinade.

Step 3:

Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

Step 4:

Preheat oven at 400°F. Pat dry chicken wings and lay them on an oven dish previously oiled with olive oil. Add Maple syrup and half and half to the marinade and brush the chicken wings with that mixture.

Step 5:

Brush the chicken with marinade every 5 minutes until cooked (around 40-45 minutes) and crispy.
