Blueberry Stuffed French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices Pepperidge Farm Br Sugar Swirl Bread or MB French Toast Bread

  • 8 Eggs

  • 2 cups Milk

  • 6 oz Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1 small package Blueberries

Step 1:

Beat milk and eggs and set aside.
Blend cream cheese with Powdered Sugar until smooth consistency

Step 2:

Arrange 6 slices of bread in greased 9 X 13 glass oven proof dish

Step 3:

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the bread slices
Add blueberries to top on cream cheese mixture ( about 9-10 to each slice

Step 4:

Place second layer of bread over first matching up sides
Pour egg mixture over bread, cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator

Step 5:

Bake in a preheated oven 350' for 40-45 minutes until top is browned. Cut baked toast in half and serve with whipped cream, sliced strawberries and a few blueberries, also Vanilla yogurt is good.
