Brook Farm Bread Pudding: Dessert

1 Challah Bread without crust, ripped into pieces
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
2 1/2 cups Half and half
Mix the eggs together with the sugar and cinnamon. Add the half and half, then the raisins. Mix well. Mix in the ripped up challah bread. Pour into a greased casserole dish, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden. Serve with maple syrup.
