Quick Hollandaise (Eggs Benedict, asparagus, brocoli): Sauce
Prep time:5 minutes
1/4 cup sour cream (can use low fat)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise (olive oil based is fine)
1 teaspoon yellow mustard (prepared)
2 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix in small saucepan, stir til heated thru. Add additional lemon juice or mustard to taste. Makes about enough for Eggs Benedict for two or to drizzle over vegetables for more.
