Ingredients:

  1 quart non-fat, sugar free yogurt

• 

  8 or 12 oz. tub non-fat sugar free whipped topping

• 

  1 box sugar-free instant pudding

• 

  1 quart fresh fruit

Step 1:

Stir the instant pudding into the yogurt and whipped topping, then add the fruit.

Step 2:
