Garlic-Herb or Boursin Cheese: Appetizer-Snack

Prep time:10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. neufatchel cheese

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 2-4 cloves garlic cloves

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram

  • 1/2 teaspoon basil

Step 1:

Soften cream cheese and butter, crush garlic, combine with herbs, shape into ball. (Or snowman in the winter with carrot nose, olives for eyes and mouth, etc.)

Step 2:

Keeps well in fridge for several weeks. Better when flavors meld overnight.
