Betty's Baked Oatmeal: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

• 

  3 cup Quick Oats

• 

  1 cup Brown Sugar

• 

  2 teaspoons Baking Powder

• 

  1 teaspoon cinnamon

• 

  1/8 teaspoon salt

• 

  1 cup milk

• 

  1/2 melted butter

• 

  2 beaten eggs

• 

• 

  1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1:

Combine oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in large mixing bowl.

Step 2:

In small bowl combine milk, butter, beaten eggs and vanilla.

Step 3:

Add milk mixture to dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 4:

Pour into 9 x 13" baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
